1. Who we are
Qreata is provided by YATT SPORIXIN YEVGENIY SERGEYEVICH, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan (“Qreata”, “we”, “us”). Our business address is 15 Shoxjaxon Street, 303, Tashkent 100100, Republic of Uzbekistan. Contact us at [email protected].
2. Accepting these terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Qreata, you agree to these Terms. If you use Qreata for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
3. Trial and licenses
Qreata may be evaluated during a seven-day trial. A paid license is a one-time purchase:
- Personal: one user, on up to 3 devices.
- Team: use by one organization, on up to 50 devices.
Current prices and taxes are shown at checkout and control over any price shown elsewhere. A license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be resold, shared outside its permitted users, or used beyond its device limit.
4. Lifetime updates
A paid license includes, at no additional charge, all updates we release for the Qreata product covered by that license. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial life of that product; it does not promise that Qreata will be developed, supported, or available forever, or include a separately released successor product.
5. Payments
We intend to use Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record once our store is approved and activated. When available, Lemon Squeezy will process checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes under its own terms. We do not store full payment-card details. Until checkout is active, the website does not accept payment.
6. Your recordings and files
You keep ownership of the recordings, projects, and other content you create. Qreata processes screen, camera, microphone, system audio, editing data, and local transcription on your Mac. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to record, edit, store, and share your content, including consent from people you record.
You are also responsible for keeping backups. If you choose an external integration such as Google Drive, that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Qreata to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, bypass license controls, reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly allows it, or interfere with Qreata’s services.
8. Our software
Qreata and its code, design, trademarks, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the application under your license; they do not transfer ownership. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, while honoring rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Warranty and liability
Qreata is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability relating to Qreata will not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke a license for fraud, chargeback, material breach, or abuse of device limits. You may stop using Qreata at any time. If a purchase is refunded, the related license is revoked.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tashkent, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another right or forum.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when the product, providers, or law changes. We will post the new effective date here. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
